I think this is my first update on my diet/exercise progress
Started in January at 280lbs, waist size 46 maybe higher, and shirt size about 3X.
As of today, August 7, I am a little under 200 lbs, waist of 38, shirt size of large.
I"ve been on the 100 - 200 carb a day, less than 60 fat gram diet.
Plus walking every few days for a few miles, and mild exercises.
When i hit my goal of about 180, i will step up the weight lifting.
Now i am lifting a few times a week, but not too much weight.
